Disclaimer
Please read this disclaimer carefully before browsing our website and purchasing any handmade silicone art collectibles from YOCY. This statement clarifies the limitations of our website content, product descriptions, and the respective responsibilities of YOCY and all site visitors and buyers.
All images, videos, descriptions, and artwork content displayed on the YOCY website are for reference and display purposes only. Our handmade silicone art pieces are crafted by artisans one by one. Minor variations in color tone, surface texture, subtle marking, and shading are normal features of handcrafted goods and are not treated as defects. Screen differences across mobile phones, laptops and monitors may also lead to slight color deviation between the online photos and the physical artwork, and such visual differences cannot be fully eliminated.

However, we do not warrant that all information will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or free from omissions. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and website content at any time without prior notice. All updates will take effect once published on the site.
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to confirm that purchasing, importing, owning and displaying these silicone art collectibles complies with the local laws, regulations and customs rules of your country or region. YOCY will not be liable for any legal consequences, fines, confiscation or return of parcels caused by buyers violating local import or possession regulations.
YOCY shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or your purchased artworks, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income or other economic losses.
